Real-time GPS, delivery addresses, and saved places.
Transaction history and payment method details (processed securely via payment gateways).
Device ID, OS version, app version, and push notification tokens.
Orders placed, services booked, search queries, and in-app activity.
Support chats, feedback, ratings, and reviews submitted by you.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate, improve, and personalise the Suppremo experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.
- Process and fulfil orders, bookings, and service requests
- Match you with nearby stores, drivers, and service providers
- Send order status updates, notifications, and receipts
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats on your account
- Improve platform features, fix bugs, and analyse usage trends

Sharing Your Information
We share your information only where necessary to deliver our services or comply with the law.
- Service Providers & Stores — your name, address, and order details to complete your delivery or booking
- Delivery Partners & Drivers — your pickup/drop location and contact number for logistics
- Payment Processors — billing data handled securely by our payment gateway partners
- Firebase & Cloud Infrastructure — data is stored on Google Firebase and our hosting providers under strict data agreements
- Legal Authorities — when required by Indian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers powered by Google Firebase (Firestore & Firebase Storage) and our cloud hosting infrastructure based in India.
- All data in transit is protected with TLS/HTTPS encryption
- Firebase Security Rules restrict access to your personal data to authorised users only
- Passwords and sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text
- We conduct periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments
- In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as per applicable regulations

Our web-based admin panel and website (suppremo.in) use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve usability.

Third-Party Services
Suppremo integrates with several third-party services to operate the platform. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
- Google Firebase — authentication, real-time database, cloud storage, analytics
- Google Maps Platform — location services, route calculation, address autocomplete
- Payment Gateways — secure payment processing (Razorpay / Stripe or equivalent)
- FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — push notifications to your device

Children's Privacy
Suppremo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will:
